The STBHDIS2010 gives you up to 50 Freeview channels and features easy to use menus and a 7 day electronic programme guide to help you select which programmes you wish to watch and recording the coming week. This set top box supports Pan-Scan and Letterbox display modes to help you to navigate through the options and programme selections. This set top box includes both a built-in Freeview and Freeview HD. HDMI upscaling allows you to watch standard images in near HD quality. This set includes 1 HDMI connection and 2 SCART sockets.

Although the picture quality was excellent, especially on the HD channels, there was a serious bug in the internal software that lost all the HD channels when watching any of the BBC standard definition channels. Also, once the HD channels had been lost, some of the other channels produced the wrong programmes, or did not produce any program at all. The box needed to be retuned to restore the chan ...more
