Unfortunately I purchased this air conditioner last year but it was not used until 28/07/08 approx, my problem with it is the remote control it does not work so therfore the air con unit stays on maximum at all times, after speaking to B & Q I have been told we can not get a replacement control as they are shipped in from China. I now have an expensive unit that won't be used, hence I am not very happy at all with this product.

I would welcome any comments or even better hepl with getting a replacement control.
