I quote Binatone 950 user guide; ‘Each channel also has 83 digital codes to let you set up a group of users for more secured private communication’.
I found that anyone with a bog standard PMR (no Digital coding) switched to the same channel and no filter selected can hear every word said! Therefore the reputed Advanced Digital Coding IS NOT secured private communication.
