Did they even test this product before releasing it? The lid doesn't close properly unless you keep the leaver pressed, and the spout leaks water EVERYWHERE. I never really heard of 'Carlton' before I bought this, now I know why. Do not buy for any reason!!

We Have this kettle in our works kitchen. It leaks like a seive.
Dont buy one unless you intend to electrocute the whole family.
