I purchased this gazebo at the beginning of 2009. It has only been erected during the summer months, and the curtains have split at the corners. I have looked at a friends Suntime Deluxe Gazebo curtains and they are made of a much stronger fabric.mine are a nylon type of fabric so they have frayed. I would like to purchase some more, but find they unavailable.So it looks like I will have to purchase another.

a very good gazebo and had no problems except its impossible to register it or get a reply with an e-mail or phone call from the company

Bought one of these 3 years ago and like so many others have experienced the canopy has started to split despite being brought in over winter. The local fox made holes in every pair of nets too so thought I'd try and buy replacement. Easier said than done! However recently saw the gazebo for sale in local garden centre and the company importing are called Trans Continetal Group website http://www.transcon.co.uk/default.asp. Haven't tried them yet but does have loads of salesman mobiles on the contact us page so hopefully someone can help!!

Does anyone have a telephone number for Sun Time so I can order a new roof for my Delux 3m Gazebo. I have written several times with no response.

Brilliant product, now 3 years old but it is beginging to split where the cat like to sunbathe

Regarding the "easily bought replacements" for Suntime products, it is not easy it is near impossible to get through or via email. I have been trying for over a month now and still no-one picks up. I am very disappointed, I have a lovely gazebo with no roof cover.

Spares are now available from Suntime at a very reasonable price too. Can't realistically expect the canopy and cartains to last more than a couple of seasons. The frame was relatively easy to erect and stillo looks great after three British Summers and Winters! Highly recommend.

Frame is fantastic but the nets shred after one season and covers curtains etc need to be brought in for winter. Nobody wants to sell replacements. Only lasted 2 seasons. Frame is still going strong shame about the rest of it.
